Challenges
At Citron, the public market team used two separate platforms: one for monitoring tenders and another for responding to them. This separation resulted in a lack of synergy between the tools, complicating collaboration within the team, with communication primarily based on email exchanges and verbal discussions.
Analyzing tenders with this setup proved to be particularly slow. Manually reviewing tender documents took much longer than using instant analysis based on artificial intelligence (AI).
Furthermore, the tools Citron had in place were not very intuitive or user-friendly, making the tender response process particularly time-consuming.

Then, thanks to a dedicated contacts tab, it's possible to directly access contact information, including phone numbers of the relevant individuals.
